Training Details
This page should give you a clear idea of what to expect when you enroll in language training with Communicate Clearly.
Scheduling
Session times are available from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm on weekdays and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm on weekends. Request the times that fit best in your schedule and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Once a program course is scheduled, re-scheduling is granted based on availability and compliance with the cancellation policy.
Location
Communicate Clearly will come to you! Sessions will be held at your place of business, your school, or a public venue of your choosing.
Materials
Worksheets, audio, and video materials are provided by Communicate Clearly and are included in the training fees. Private and small group students will have the opportunity to choose to buy a book based on the initial consultation with the instructor. Classroom course students will be required to obtain an inexpensive workbook, which may be purchased by the school, company, or club that contracts the services.
Fees
Payment for the first and last sessions of a private or group training is due at the initial diagnostic meeting. Lessons thereafter can be paid for in single or multiple installments, provided that each lesson’s payment has been submitted by the time of that session. Payment in full is expected by the first session of a classroom course. Seminars and workshops require a deposit of 10% when the service is contracted and payment in full upon the date of the training. Payment can be made by check or PayPal.
Cancellation
Private and small group lessons must be canceled at least 24-hours in advance to avoid a charge. If a class session is canceled it must be rescheduled no later than two weeks after the original course ending date. Seminars and workshops must be canceled or rescheduled at least two weeks in advance to receive a refund of the deposit.
